ISF Group - About Us
Bruce Ganger, Managing Director
Bruce founded ISF Group after recognizing a need among nonprofit organizations to have an implementation option that would create innovative appeals based on organizational needs and that would operate like a member of the organization’s staff. He has utilized personalized marketing techniques with large corporations prior to founding ISF Group, and also started and built a web-based software company whose primary market was personalized marketing materials for corporations. Bruce serves on the Boards of the Association of Fundraising Professionals First Coast Chapter and the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning of Northeast Florida, and is a member of the Coastal Georgia AFP Chapter. He serves on the Board of Directors for Kellogg Fellows Leadership Alliance in Denver.
Peg Ganger, Director and Operations Manager
Peg keeps the wheels turning for our team and for our customers. She’s very involved in the campaign strategy and makes sure the ISF Group team is aligned to deliver on time and on quality. Peg has broad and deep experience in personalized marketing as she has consulted with corporations, agencies and print suppliers to create and implement programs for 10 years prior to joining ISF Group. She is the incoming Board Chair for Girls Incorporated of Jacksonville, a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals First Coast and Coastal Georgia Chapters and is a very active volunteer for several nonprofit organizations in the Jacksonville area.
Curt Etheridge, Production Manager
Curt's been managing
complex print and communications projects for clients in
Jacksonville and Savannah for over 20 years. He brings a wealth of
knowledge and experience to
ISF Group
and our clients are the beneficiaries. Curt is a very hands-on part
of the business; so if your work is going to be printed and/or
mailed, he'll have his hands on it and you'll love the results.
Mary Faria, Writer
Mary brings a classical marketing approach to her work for ISF Group based on her dual degrees from University of North Florida in PR and Communications. She has a passion for the missions of our clients and throws herself into the work to maximize the opportunity for success in each and every appeal she works on. As a result, she has become an active volunteer for a couple of our clients. Off the clock, Mary enjoys long distance cycling and everything outdoors.
Vince Fattizzi – Account Executive
Vince has lived in
St. Augustine for 10 years and has been active in many aspects of
the community, including helping to start The Village Church at
World Golf Village. He has an enthusiasm for our clients and their
work that overflows into his commitment to define the most effective
strategy to achieve their fundraising and donor relationship
objectives. Vince is a seasoned professional who understands how
important it is to carefully develop both a personal and business
relationship with each client.
Sally Fletemier, Database Analyst and Web Services
Sally is our resident geekess and has been working with us for many years. She has a great command of relational databases and our web delivery capability, and loves to improve the effectiveness of our clients’ databases. Sally was before her time as an early Internet entrepreneur and she loves creating ways to maximize the opportunities the Internet has to offer for cross-media marketing.
Ellen Grant, Writer
Ellen brings experience from both sides of the nonprofit aisle, as she has served as a Development Director and as an Executive Director for two social services agencies, in addition to providing copywriting services to other nonprofits. She also did time as a Copy Writer for a direct mail advertising company and a stint with a local weekly magazine. Her understanding of how to structure an appeal to uniquely tug at the heartstrings of each recipient comes from her background and her ability to clearly and succinctly build the case for giving, and create a compelling call to action. When she’s not writing for ISF Group, Ellen is a Personal Chef. Yum!
John Kerr, Creative Director and Designer Extraordinaire
John handles the design concept heavy lifting for our client campaigns, whether they are to be delivered via email, the web or in print. Those of you from Jacksonville will recognize some of John’s award-winning work as you see it every day. He has created some very innovative campaigns for nonprofit organizations as well as some of the leading agencies in Jacksonville.
Sandy Nusbaum, Customer Support Manager
Sandy recently joined ISF Group and is responsible to keep us all on track. She manages the timelines for all client campaigns and makes sure that our clients’ work is meeting expectations for quality and schedules. Sandy’s organizational skills have been honed through years of financial and operational experience in a variety of manufacturing and services companies.
