Donor Communications

Individuals give money to organizations they believe in and good communications is critical to get them interested and keep them invested. Good communications keeps them informed of your goals, successes and needs. ISF Group will create donor communications that are timely, relevant and appropriately emotional. We will do all of the research and writing, design and layout, project management and production, and launch via print, web or email.

Annual Giving Campaigns

Every donor has a unique relationship with your organization. They may be loyal donors who have supported you for years or they may have stopped giving two years ago. They may be volunteers, board members or previous clients. Whatever their reason for supporting you, they will be more responsive to an appeal if it acknowledges and builds on their relationship with you. We will personalize each recipient’s message driven by information you capture in your donor database. We’ll say thank-you for previous gifts, ask for a re-commitment from lapsed donors or ask volunteers to invest in your work. We will ask for donation amounts based on previous giving history. This personalization builds stronger donor loyalty and leads to larger gifts from more donors.

Donor Acquisition Campaigns

The key to acquiring new donors is having a good understanding of what your current donors look like. We begin every acquisition campaign with a detailed profile of your current donors. We use this profile to find more people like them and do a targeted mailing to people who are more likely to support your cause.


Donor Database Development

You need a donor database but donor records exist in spreadsheets or your donor software is out of date? No problem. We will clean up the constituent information, install it into the most appropriate donor management software for your needs and train you how to use it. When we produce a mailing we will provide you with updated addresses from the USPS to keep them updated.

Web and e-Services

While direct mail is still the best tool for reaching donors and raising money, integrated media campaigns must be part of any solid fundraising program. We can build you a new, dynamic website, design and implement interactive e-newsletters to supplement printed newsletters, create online event registration sites and innovative sites to promote donations in memory or honor of loved ones.
