LifeLine Animal Project is an organization that is zealous about the dream of ending the killing of animals just because it’s a convenient solution. They have an energetic team of staff, veterinarians and volunteers who manage a spay and neuter clinic and a Trap-Neuter-Return program called Catlanta. Through their work, the population of unwanted pets and feral cats is diminishing in the Atlanta area.
LifeLine’s unique passion is to save the pets that most people think are unadoptable. Dogs and cats that have been abused, abandoned or conditioned to be aggressive. Lifeline is a shelter of last resort for these animals and they have proven again and again that they can treat their wounds and rehabilitate their souls, making them healthy, adoptable pets.

Situation
- LifeLine needed a consistent appeal campaign to their known supporters and an acquisition program to find more people to help fund their passion for saving the most vulnerable dogs and cats. Mailings in the past had been infrequent and inconsistent.
ISF Solutions
- ISF Group designed an appeal program that would be mailed to Lifeline’s list of supporters and to a list of animal lovers in Atlanta who are identified as supporters of animal welfare causes. The first mailing included an Impact Piece to educate recipients of work that LifeLine is doing, including their distinctive mission as the shelter of last resort.
- We will be mailing to donors and prospects on a regular basis to bring in funds and build a larger base of supporters.
