We are constantly seeking ways to ensure that our clients are getting excellent quality and increasingly improved results from their appeals and donor communications. We work diligently to assure the best return on investment. In order to keep the cost for our work as low as possible, we work with a small group of highly-skilled and carefully-selected list houses, print-and-mail suppliers and printing companies on the production and execution of our campaigns. Our extended team believes in our mission to provide the best possible service at the best possible price.
Peg Ganger, Managing Director Peg and her husband Bruce founded ISF Group in 2005 after recognizing a need among nonprofit organizations for innovative fundraising appeals that build stronger donor relationships. Peg works closely with clients to create successful campaign strategies and makes sure the ISF Group team is aligned to deliver on time and on quality. Peg has broad and deep experience in personalized marketing as she has consulted with corporations, agencies and print suppliers to create and implement programs for 10 years prior to founding ISF Group.
Sandy McCahill, Data Analytics and Customer Support Manager
Sandy works with our client’s donor databases to prepare them for personalized mailings. She analyzes giving history and drives appropriate personalized messaging and asks for each individual. She manages the timelines for all client campaigns and makes sure that our clients’ work is meeting expectations for quality and schedules. Sandy’s organizational skills have been honed through years of financial and operational experience in a variety of manufacturing and services companies.
Sally Fletemier, Director of Internet and Data Services
Sally is an Internet pioneer. She was before her time as an early Internet entrepreneur, having built an Internet business in the 90's. Sally has been a project manager for web site design and implementation and helped many businesses and organizations successfully have an Internet presence. For the last four years Sally has been creating web sites, PURLs, e-newsletters, and social networking sites for nonprofit organizations. Sally is certified in many donor relationship management software systems and can consult on and build donor management solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Currently a consultant with Giftworks, eTapestry, Donor Drive, and Common Ground. Sally enjoys learning new donor management systems to better help clients to pick the best one for their needs and help them implement the system in their organization.
Jessica Harrigan, Account Manager
Jessica works with clients to create successful fundraising appeals and write meaningful content that educates donors and potential donors on why they should invest in our client’s organizations. Jessica has a bachelor’s degree in English Composition and is a tireless volunteer at Second Harvest Food Bank. Her enthusiasm for our clients and their missions comes through in her work on their behalf.
